Operator Application

The LogixOne Operator Smart App connects your field service operators to LogixOne CRM, sending job information and returning job updates instantly.

While the Operator Smart App is powerful it is simply to use and easy to Operate which makes it great for field service personal on the go.

LogixOne Operator is both Android and iOS capable providing you with flexibility in the hardware platform you choose. Whether you choose BYOD or company supplied devices you can rest assured that your field service operators will be able to access the job information they require digitally.

The LogixOne Operator application is specifically designed to put the information that your field service team need to complete and record their daily jobs in the palm of their hands.

Shift Tracking

Operators are required to START and STOP their daily shifts. Upon starting shift Operators must confirm their ability to work.

Shift status of each operator is then sent back to LogixOne Maps module within LogixOne for LIVE GEO tracking.

Calendar View

After each operator has started their shift their daily Job Events are displayed. Operators can then select their list of jobs for completion.

The calendar view also shows which daily jobs are completed or not.

Job View

Once an Operator selects the next job they are provided with all of the detail required to not only navigate to the job but complete the job as well.

Any specific notes for job or attachments can be synchronised between Zoho CRM and the LogixOne Operator application.

Integrated Mapping

Operators open the job from the calendar view and click the ‘map’ icon, this will then launch Google Maps sending the ‘job’ location to Google maps for navigation.

The LogixOne Operator app is also sending location data back to LogixOne Scheduler to provide real time device tracking.

Job Completion

Once the field service technician arrives at the job location, the technician can click the ‘Check In’ button. This logs the device time and location. The tech then complete the service items detailed or if required ‘Add’ any additional items required to complete the job. The Job can be edited at anytime up and until the Job is ready to be ‘marked’ complete. Once the field tech or operator clicks the ‘Save & Complete’ button, the job invoice is created.

All completed job information is captured within the corresponding Zoho CRM invoice, such as;

Start time and location
End time and location
Time to complete
Any additional items from the Zoho CRM product module
Final service quantity count
Attachments
Operator job notes

Job Uploads

Using the LogixOne operator application operators can upload additional attachments from the job by either taking a photo or selecting attachments from the devices file storage.

Any attachments are then synchronised to the corresponding invoice for that particular job.

Sign on Glass

Get your customers approval before they receive an invoice.

If requested within the job the operator can also request the customer to sign the completed job event directly within the app.

Signature image and signer name are then saved within the corresponding LogixOne invoice.
