Q. Why use something like iBin?
iBin basically automates all facets of your bin business. Traditionally all of these processes where completed by humans, things such as taking customer details, allocation jobs, taking payments, entering invoices into accounting systems, notifying customers of deliveries and pickups and more can all be automated via iBin,the cost savings of which are substantial.If an average employee costs $65,000 per annum the cost savings of iBin are easily substantiated.
Q. Does iBin count my bin stock?
Yes– iBin counts how many bins you have in stock and if stock is unavailable it prevents orders from being placed. If a particular size of being is not available but enables customers to select an alternative bin size.
Q. Can customers place orders via website?
Yes– the Booking engine can be integrated directly into your iBin or exisiting website and enables customers to place orders for bins, the bin Required dates, any specific instructions and of course make payments.
Q. Can I place telephone orders directly into the system?
Yes – you can either process orders via the back-end system or the smart phone application.
Q. Does the system store customer history data?
Yes – the system records customer data so that if a customer reorders their details are already stored within the system.
Q. Can we process deposit payments?
Yes – the system allows for multiple different payment terms such as deposits, pay later or pay now.
Q. How about my builder customers?
ibin Enables you to set wholesale pricing and payment terms to particular customers. For example your regular builders can log into your web portal and place orders for bins directly at their agreed pricing.
Q. Can we add ‘tip’ fees to the order?
Yes – you can add tip and other related fees after pickup and calculate total order value.
Q. can we process payments on-site?
Yes – you can integrate into on-site payment tools such as Square up to take credit card payments on-site using customers credit and debit cards. Please note you shall require your own Square up account to achieve this.
Q. why is there an ongoing monthly payment?
The ongoing monthly payment covers not only your ongoing CheckFront licensing fees but also ongoing support services provided by Iseka Services.
Q. is my Data Safe?
Yes– Systems such as Checkfront a highly reliable and are built on the latest computing technology. System redundancy and intrusion detection prevent attack and to build your own security environment to match Checkfront would be extremely expensive.
Q. What computers do I need
You can access iBin from any computer with a web browser. You can also download the Checkfront Android or iOS application and run it on any Android or Apple device. All you need is in connection.
Q. Is it expensive?
No - iBin can cost less than $5 a day. In many ways running a platform like iBin is actually going to reduce cost not only because of efficiency but also real costs like, paper docket books, pens, software licencing like MS excel all add up. If you combine the actually licencing costs and compare to the efficiency and revenue gains it is negligible.

Yes - you can process payments however you wish to choose to.
